How this management platform regained its IT independence through a complete overhaul of its information system? 

Previously integrated into an English group, the client had to regain its IT independence by rebuilding its entire information system: network, security, workstations, O365 messaging, data, etc., and then provide office support as well as maintaining its infrastructure in operational condition (network and servers).
